Guacamole

Directions

  1. Cut avocados (dark green, slightly mushy) in half, remove pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon into a small bowl.
  2. Crush garlic and add to avocado.
  3. Juice about half a lemon or one lime (or less- it's easy to overdo; you can add more)
  4. Mash everything together (fork works well).
  5. Add onion and tomato.
  6. Mash/stir together.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
